Event Purpose

The “Peace Series” charity sale is one of the series of activities in the “Commemorating the 125th Birth Anniversary of Feng Zikai”. It aims to speak volume about the current global geopolitical shifts, promote the theme of “peace” and highlight Feng Zikai’s artistic philosophy of criticizing realism and advocating for world peace in his artworks. The event seeks to convey Feng Zikai’s eternal humanistic and artistic ideals, which are filled with hope for life, and to ignite a renewed desire for peace in the world. Its aspiration is to preserve the beauty of peace in the world for a long time to come.

Event Nature:

This event is a charity sale, and the proceeds from the event will be used for charitable purposes according to the articles of association of the Feng ZiKai International Cultural Association.

Introducing the “2023 FZK Peace Series Digital Collection” in commemoration of the 125th birth anniversary of Feng Zikai.

• This Collectible Token series is presented as a collection, featuring five selected artworks: “World Peace”, “Life”, “News of Victory”, “Peace”, and “Resurrection”.
• Each artwork is limited to 25 “Collectible Tokens” and 25  “Benefits Tokens”, resulting in a total of 125 sets.
• Each “Collectible Token”  can redeem a limited-edition replica of a Feng Zikai’s artwork*
• This series consists of digital assets issued on the Polygon blockchain, which is a public blockchain network.

The usage of the Tokens:

• Usage of “Collectible Token”

1. This digital collectible is the “collectible token” of the artwork “Life” from the “2023 FZK Peace Series Digital Collection” issued by the Feng Zikai International Cultural Association. It is marked with a unique serial number.
2. The holder can use this token to directly redeem for a limited-edition replica of a Feng Zikai’s artwork, “Life” on the Cinfinix platform. Upon redemption, the collectible token will be reclaimed by the project team.
3. This collectible token is transferable. If the replica has already been redeemed, the holder should contact the project team. After confirming that the physical artwork belongs to this series collection, the project team will relist the collectible token on the Cinfinix platform.
4. The use right of this collectible token remains valid after transfer.

 

• Usage of ” Benefits Token”

1. This digital collectible is the “benefits token” of the artwork “Life” from the “2023 FZK Peace Series Digital Collection” issued by the Feng Zikai International Cultural Association. It is marked with a unique serial number.
2. This token will be airdropped to the individual digital wallet of the initial purchasers by the project team after the transaction is completed.
3. The holder of this token can become permanent members of the project team, Feng Zikai International Cultural Association, and enjoy the privilege of priority participation in various art exchange. Detailed information about the activities will be regularly updated on the project team’s website and communicated to the holders by the project team.
4. The use right of this collectible token remains valid after transfer.
5. The project team will collect a 5% royalty fees for each sale transaction, which will be automatically executed by the smart contract. After collecting the fee, the project team will share 20% of it as community reward with the reseller.

   5. The “Benefits Token” will be airdropped to the buyer’s digital wallet at a later time.

4) Once confirmed, the association will provide a receipt and arrange for the delivery of the Feng Zikai art replica via courier within 14 business days after the sale starts on December 20th. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
